Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bokuwahyde mobile app, Bokuwahyde.com, and related Bokuwahyde services that link to these Terms. By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

Who May Use the Services

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your location. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian when required by law.

Accounts

Some features require a Bokuwahyde account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your login credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

App Features

The Bokuwahyde app may provide content feeds, livestream links or alerts, Community features, notification controls, membership-related access, creator alerts, social-platform integrations, Tattoo Experience information, merchandise links, and other features.

Features may change, be added, be removed, or become unavailable from time to time.

Notifications

You may choose which Bokuwahyde notifications you want to receive. Notification delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on device settings, network availability, third-party platforms, and service-provider availability.

Memberships, Purchases, and External Platforms

Paid memberships, merchandise, tips, subscriptions, travel opportunities, or other purchases may be offered through third-party platforms or separate Bokuwahyde services. Any additional terms, pricing, refund rules, eligibility requirements, or platform terms shown at the time of purchase also apply.

Unless a specific Bokuwahyde offer expressly states otherwise, downloading or creating an account in the app does not itself create a paid membership.

Giveaways, Promotions, and Tattoo Experience

Giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, the Tattoo Experience, or other special programs may have separate official rules, eligibility requirements, entry methods, selection criteria, prize limitations, deadlines, releases, or other terms. Those program-specific rules control if they conflict with these general Terms.

Community and User Content

If you post, submit, upload, reply, or otherwise provide content through Bokuwahyde Community features, you remain responsible for that content.

You grant Bokuwahyde a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, display, moderate, and improve the Bokuwahyde services.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, malicious, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the service and its users.

Intellectual Property

Bokuwahyde names, branding, logos, graphics, original videos, photographs, writing, designs, app interfaces, and other Bokuwahyde-created materials are owned by or licensed to Bokuwahyde and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of Bokuwahyde intellectual property. You may not copy, sell, distribute, impersonate, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Bokuwahyde materials or app functionality except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The services may link to or integrate with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, Passes, payment providers, stores, or other third-party services. Bokuwahyde does not control those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the services; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; introduce malware; automate abusive requests; impersonate another person; harvest user information; use the services to violate law or third-party rights; or attempt to bypass access controls.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, legal or security concerns, abuse, fraud, threats to other users, or discontinuation of a service. You may stop using the services at any time.

Disclaimers

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, delivery of every notification, continued availability of third-party integrations, or that all content will remain available indefinitely.

Bokuwahyde content is for entertainment, informational, and community purposes unless a specific service expressly states otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bokuwahyde will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that violates another person’s rights.

Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the services and these Terms as features, business needs, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when the Terms change. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
